The dairy is located in Roccalbegna, a small medieval village on the slopes of Monte Amiata in Tuscany. It was founded in 1957 by Duilio Fiorini, animated by a genuine passion for this craft which has managed to convey to her daughter Angela, now owner of the dairy together her husband Simone.
