Produced by the Azienda Agricola I Mori in the hills surrounding the old castle of Malmantile in Chianti. This area has always been famous for its wonderful olive-oil. I Mori’s 2000 olive trees produce an extra virgin olive oil which is sold under the prestigious brand of Laudemio.
I Mori is one of the founders of the Consorzio Laudemio, born in 1990. The consortium, now as before, is based on strict rules and quality control. History, tradition, genuineness, respect for the territory and the environment are the principles guiding the whole Laudemio production process
