Among Italy's most prized ingredients, Sicilian pistachios couldn't be missing from the "Moro Cheese Refiners" selection. The heart of the product is filled with pistachio liqueur from the company "Bottega" of Godega di Sant'Urbano (TV), while the topping is a true tribute to Italy's largest island: a layer of pistachio grains with a centerpiece of whole pistachios. The cheese is matured for 60 days.

MILK: Pasteurized cow's milk

TASTING NOTE: Sweet and nutty; pistachio richness gently softens the sharp blue mold tang. Creamy, lingering finish.
