RUSTICHELLA - PASTA CLASSICA TROFIE 250G ทรอฟิเอ (เส้นพาสต้า)

Originally from Liguria, this type of artisan pasta is traditionally served with pesto, seasonal green beans and potatoes, or with cherry tomatoes, courgettes and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, or with ham and asparagus.

Cooking time: 10-12 minutes.

The drying process is carried out slowly at low temperatures, sometimes for as long as 50 hours at around 35/40 degrees, unlike industrial pasta where drying is carried out at 90 degrees for 4/5 hours.
