This cheese is produced in a valley of Picos de Europa mountains where it is aged in natural caves.

Origin: Spain

Raw Material: Pasteurised cow and goat's mik

Taste: Fat and buttery to the palate, the flavour is intense, piccante and aromatic, with zesty and salty notes, very lingering

Serving Suggestion: We suggest to serve it spread on fresh bread or melted to create a savoury cheese cream; delicious with dried fruit
