In Prunotto's orchards of Alba, the capital of the Langhe and Roero hills, they cultivate plums and picked them at the right point of ripeness. They are processed within few hours, adding only the syrup natural “light” made just with water and sugar cane.
The result is a product preserved with the same characteristics of a fresh product with unique organoleptic properties and enhances the distinctive flavor of this particular variety of plum.
